These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Inspire Africa products and services, including website services, course content, and training programmes.
By purchasing, accessing, or using any course, resource, or programme from Inspire Africa, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.
By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional policies made available on our website from time to time.
2. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
All course content, materials, videos, lesson plans, downloads, and resources are the exclusive intellectual property of Inspire Africa.
- Content is licensed, not sold, to the user.
- No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, modified, or resold in any form.
- Materials may not be used to create derivative works or shared on external platforms.
- Content may not be uploaded to shared drives, websites, or learning platforms.
Use of the content is strictly limited to the registered user for personal professional development and classroom use.
Any unauthorised use constitutes a violation of intellectual property law and may result in termination of access and legal action.
3. Account Security and Access
Each purchase grants access to a single licensed user only.
- Login details may not be shared with any educator, student, school, or third party.
- Users may not allow others to access content under their account.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their account information is accurate and up to date.
Inspire Africa reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse or unauthorised sharing is suspected.
4. Course Access and Duration
Access to courses is time-bound as follows:
- Promotional Courses: 3 months from date of enrolment.
- Standard Course Purchases: 12 months from date of enrolment.
- Full School Programme Purchases: Educators receive access to all relevant training courses for 12 months, unless otherwise specified on a case-by-case basis.
Access will automatically expire at the end of the applicable period.
5. Course Access Portal
All courses are accessed via Inspire Campus:
https://campus.inspire.africa/my/courses.php
Users can log in and access their courses under My Courses.
6. Fees and Payment
By registering for a course, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
- All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
- Payment may be made via card or bank transfer.
- Failure to make payment may result in suspension or removal from the course without refund.
If a third party pays on your behalf, you remain bound by these Terms.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the digital nature of Inspire Africa courses and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all course sales are considered final.
- No refunds will be issued once a course has been accessed, downloaded, or used in any way.
- By completing a purchase, the User acknowledges that they are gaining immediate access to digital content and waive any applicable cooling-off period.
Incorrect Purchases:
- Notify Inspire Africa in writing within 48 hours.
- Where no significant access has occurred, a transfer or refund may be considered.
- Where access has occurred, no refund will be granted.
All decisions remain at the sole discretion of Inspire Africa.
8. Permitted and Prohibited Use
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to:
- Access course content for personal professional development.
- Use materials within their own classroom environment.
Users may not:
- Share course access, links, or downloads.
- Distribute materials beyond their licensed use.
- Use content for commercial training or resale.
9. Monitoring and Enforcement
- Monitor usage and access patterns.
- Suspend or revoke access without refund in cases of misuse.
- Take legal action where intellectual property rights are violated.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Courses and content are provided on an “as is” basis.
- Inspire Africa is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from use of course materials.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
- We are not responsible for third-party tools or software.
11. Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our control.
12. Changes to Terms
Inspire Africa reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Inspire Africa and the User.
15. Privacy and Data Protection
All personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
