Once again, Inspire Africa participated at the Schoolscape IT conferences in Johannesburg and Cape Town. With over 50 local and international technology and EdTech companies exhibiting and more than 500 educators attending both events, this was Schoolscape’s best attended event to date. From coding and robotics to interactive hardware, the focus was to showcase solutions that work together in a school ecosystem.
As one of the leading EdTech providers selected to attend and showcase our curricula and 4iR offerings for the classroom such as drones, 3D printers, Artificial intelligence, and Robotics we were honoured to have participated in this prestigious event. This event is truly paving the way for improving upon the manner in which teaching, and education is applied in a rapidly changing world.
Participants got to experience some firsts together which were pretty cool. Schoolscape’s inaugural Networking Event was definitely the largest and most successfully attended industry event of theirs to date. Another first was the number of schools that flew in for the events in both Stellenbosch and Johannesburg, with the likes of Michaelhouse, Durban Girls High School, Treverton College, Maritzburg College, The Wykeham Collegiate School, Selborne College and Collegiate School for Girls attending.
